Making A Purchase Making a purchase is simple. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You are also welcome to call us and you may order fabric samples online. For custom quotations please email or call us. Our design and production team love a challenge and if it needs to be made of textile we can make it - whatever it is.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Shipping within the UK is free on all orders of £250 and above. A premium is applied for shipping to the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland as unfortunately additional charges are made by all delivery companies to these regions.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away for 'Ready Made' products. Orders placed 12 noon can ship the same day as placed for next day delivery. Made to order products are normally ready in 5-7 days. If you have an urgent requirement please call us and we will do whatever we can to help.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or comuter system.

Correct laundering is essential to maintaining the condition of your goods and Textile Town will not be liable for any damage resulting from a failure to follow the correct laundery procedures for your goods.

Returns Policy Textile Town sells products to businesses in the Hospitality and Catering sectors. We are a trade only organisation and offer products for purchase by business, public sector, or charitable organisations We will accept returns of standard 'Ready Made' goods in unused condition in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Goods which are custom made - of non-standard size or fabric or construction which have been produced specifically to your requirements as a custom order cannot be returned for refund unless faulty.
