Conference Cloth Buyers Guide
Conference cloth is a specialist fabric used for conference applications and also for exhibitions and promotional applications such as backdrops. It's 'napped' suede like finish and special widths create a professional look while allowing a perfect drop to the floor. You may find poycotton drill or other standard tablecloth fabrics being marketed as 'conference cloths' but they can never create the impression created by a suede effect specially woven conference cloth.
Our latest generation of napped ‘suede-like’ fabric is equally at home in classic and contemporary settings. What’s more - it's very affordable and machine washable.

Style Options
All our cloths are available as a simple flat cloth or with a choice of the following corner styles; Pleated, Boxed, or Radius.

When cloths drop all the way to the floor the corners if cut at a 90 degree right angle will drop further and drag on the floor. A solution to this is to use simple 'radius corners'. These curved corners mean that the cloth drops evenly all the way around including at the corners as in the photo above. Radius corners are a FREE option on all our conference cloths. Pleated and Boxed options are available for a small charge.
Product Specification
An Easy-Care napped 100% Polyester Micro-Fibre fabric that is equally at home in traditional and contemporary settings. The ‘suede like’ character of this fabric creates a superb 'look and feel' without the maintenance requirements or expense of conventional fabrics.
Unlike traditional baize his fabric can be easily machine washed and if laundry instructions are followed no ironing is needed. What’s more, unlike basic micro-fibre fabrics this has been specially designed for conference cloth applications. This technical fabric provides natural resistance to liquids that simply ‘bead off’ so spills don’t turn easily into stains.
Logo Application
Your logo or other graphic or text can be applied onto the cloth for exhibitions, press announcements, AGM's, etc or to promote your venue. We can do this easily from any standard computer graphic format. Please contact us for more details or email your image and cloth requirements for a fast free quotation. A number of different techniques are available including embroidery, digital printing, silk screen printing, and thermal transfer.
