Conference Cloth Buyers Guide
Exhibition cloth otherwise known as conference cloth has a suede-like appearance and is widely used for exhibition tables, reception tables, and backdrops. Our Exhibition Cloth woven to widths that allow us to create cloths that drop seamlessly to the floor. Unlike old fashiones felt or woollen baize fabrics our exhibition cloths are made from a machine washable microfibre that is very resistant to stains and non iron.
We offer a wide range of popular colours and can quickly deliver (Same or Next Day) any shape, size, or style of exhibition cloth required from our UK production facility. We have our own in-house facility for logo application and can readily take artwork in electronic format and apply it to your exhibition cloth for a stunning professional finish
Style Options
All our exhibition cloths are available as a simple flat cloth or with a choice of the following corner styles; Pleated, Boxed, or Radius.

When cloths drop all the way to the floor the corners if cut at a 90 degree right angle will drop further and drag on the floor. A solution to this is to use simple 'radius corners'. These curved corners mean that the cloth drops evenly all the way around including at the corners as in the photo above. Radius corners are a FREE option on all our conference cloths. Pleated and Boxed options are available for a small charge.
Product Specification
An Easy-Care napped 100% Polyester Micro-Fibre fabric. The ‘suede-like’ character of this fabric results in a superb 'look and feel' without the maintenance requirements of conventional fabrics.
Logo Application
Your logo or another graphic or text can printed onto the exhibition cloth for table top displays, press announcements, AGM's, etc or venue promotions. We can do this easily from any standard computer graphic format. Please email your image and exhibition cloth requirements for a fast free quotation. A number of processes are available including digital printing, embroidery, silk screen printing./p>
