What's special about exhibition fabric?

Exhibition Cloth is a fabric woven to our specification and has been developed specially for exhibition applications. It's suede like finish provides:

• professional look
• superb crease resistance
• mark and stain resistance
• machine washable non-iron finish

Whats more - unlike standard fabrics we have this woven especially to 180cm widths (70") so your cloth can drop to the floor on 3 sides without any joins or seams.

Standard polycotton or other table linen fabrics are sometimes marketed as 'exhibition cloths' but table linen made for dining can't match the professional impression created by proper exhibition fabric. Neither do they have the preformance characteristics such as resistance to marking and creasing that this specialist fabric offers. A dining table cloth looks and performs like a dining table cloth.

How much does it cost?

It will depend on the size of the tableand logo but a standard 70" x 120" (180cm x 305cm) cloth designed to drop to the floor on 3 Sides of a standard 5 foot (150cm) tressle table costs just £44.95. Your logo can be printed for a one-off set-up charge of £45 plus £36 for the first print and £18 for subsequent prints. We also offer simple packages of all the popular options.

Example. Black Cloth to fit 150cm (5ft) long table and drop to the floor on 3 sides with 2 colour logo printed up to 50cms wide. £119.00 for the first cloth and £62.95 for additional cloths.

Does it have to be dry cleaned?

No - the fabric is fully machine washable and also non-iron. What's more - the 'napped' microfibre surface means it will resist many marks and stains so it's unlikely to need laundering very often.

How long does it take to deliver?

Most orders can be delivered within 2-3 working days subject to the time the order is placed. Tell us your deadline and we'll tell you up front if we can meet it.

How do I get my artwork to you?

As we are doing large format printing we ideally need your logo as an eps file or native illustrator or freehand file. We can handle most formats and are happy to advise on the best wasy of supplying it. Your logo or other artwork can be simply emailed to us at sales@textiletown.com.

How is my logo printed?

We have our own in house specialist short run printing capability which allows high-quality low cost fast printing from just a single cloth. The exact technique we use will depend on the colour of the cloth you are having and the tsyle and colour of the logo and options include full 4-colour process printing through to metallic finishes such as gold and silver.

What corner styles are available?

Our exhibition cloths are available as a simplerectangular cloth or with a choice of the following corner styles; Pleated, Boxed, or Radius. We will be happy to advise on the best choice for your application.

When cloths drop down to the flooron 3 sides (as is normal in exhibition clothh applications) the corners if cut at a 90 degree right angle will drop further and drag on the floor. A solution is to use simple 'radius corners'. These curved corners mean that the cloth drops evenly all the way round including at the corners(see photo above). Radius corners are a FREE option on all our exhibition cloths. Pleated and Boxed options are available for a small charge.

Flame-retardant treatment is also available where required.
