| Making A Purchase Making a purchase is simple. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You are also welcome to call us and you may order fabric samples online. For custom quotations please email or call us. Our design and production team love a challenge and if it needs to be made of textile we can make it - whatever it is. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Shipping within the UK is free on all orders of £300 and above. A premium is applied for shipping to the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland as unfortunately additional charges are made by all delivery companies to these regions. |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away for 'Ready Made' products. Orders placed 12 noon can ship the same day as placed for next day delivery. Made to order products are normally ready in 2 - 5 working days. If you have an urgent requirement please call us and we will do whatever we can to help. |

We are a trade only organisation and offer products for purchase by business, public sector, or charitable organisations We will accept returns of standard 'Ready Made' goods in unused condition in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Goods which are custom made - of non-standard size or fabric or construction which have been produced specifically to your requirements as a custom order cannot be returned for refund unless faulty. |
