Selecting Square Cloths for Round Tables
Most UK round banqueting tables are one of the four sizes shown below; 4 foot, 5 foot, 5 foot 6 inches, or 6 foot. The chart below shows how the most popular standard size square cloths will fit on these size round tables. The smaller sizes can be used as slip cloths and you can see how much drop you get with each size cloth and how much coverage with each size slip cloth.

Remember that shrinkage and stretching in the laundry process can result in small size variations after a few washes so allow for this. For 100% cotton cloths it is best to assume 6% shrinkage and 2% for PolyCotton and Spun Polyester.
