HIRE WEDDING CHAIR COVERS
We are a long established chair cover hire company with more than 12 years experience. We offer a range of wedding chair covers and organza sashes to hire including a choice of colours and sizes.

Unlike many wedding chair hire companies we don't have a 'one size fits all' approach as chairs very considerably in size and shape. As a manufacturer that produces dozens of different styles and sizes of chair cover we are able to supply covers designed to match the size and shape of your exact chair.

PRICING

Our Pricing is kept simple so you know exactly what you are paying for with no hidden surprises.

• Hire of Chair Covers £2.00 + vat
  ( for White & Ivory)
• Hire of Chair Covers £2.50 + vat
  ( for other colours including black)
• Hire of Organza Sashes £0.50 + vat

Delivery £14.95 + vat for each 70 chairs covers plus sashes for DIY fitting. £9.95 for each additional 70 covers and sashes or part thereof. Collection after the event is the same price as delivery.

DIY or PROFESSIONALLY FITTED

Keep costs down. If you have some willing friends or family to help then fitting your own chair covers is a straigtforward option. We provide complete and easy to follow instructions for fitting the cover and the organza sash. Without any previous experience 2 people can normally fit around 40 per hour.

The chair covers are delivered to you carefully folded in strong boxes to minimise any creasing and the fabric itself is crease resistant.

CHAIR COVER FITTING SERVICE

We provide a professional chair cover fitting service designed to leave you stress free as we liase with the venue to arrange access and a setup time and ensure everything is fitted perfectly onsite before your event. We bring the chairs covers freshly pressed on hangars and you will have a named Account Manager who will coordinate and supervise the fitting for your event.

Fitting:£45 + 40p per chair cover and 35p per sash + £1.50 per mile from our warehouse to the venue and back.

PRICING WITH FITTING EXAMPLE:

Fit 100 Chair Covers with Sashes in London and Collect after the event

Fit Chair Covers 100 x £0.40 = £40.00
Fit Organza Sashes 100 x £0.35 = £35.00
10 Miles @ £1.00 per mile = £10.00
Collection after the event £19.95
Flat Rate Management Fee £45.00

TOTAL FITTING= £154.90
CHAIR COVER HIRE= £200
SASH HIRE= £50.00

TOTAL= £399.95

Total cost including Hire, Delivery and fitting is £399.00 or £3.99 per chair cover & sash.
